Yoshiyuki Takeda
Yoshiyuki Takeda is President and CEO of Eiger Capital K.K. (“Eiger Capital”). Prior
to Eiger Capital, he was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, who worked for
Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund (“MSREF”) for 13 years. He founded Eiger Capital
in 2011, a real estate investment and advisory company based in Tokyo, Japan

Mr. Takeda joined the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in

1997. Since then, he had been dedicated to Morgan Stanley’s real estate private equity business for 13 years, including the very first investing transaction by MSREF in Japan |

In 2000 Mr. Takeda moved to London and joined MSREF's investing and |

asset management activities in Europe (especially the U.K., Germany and Italy) |

Stanley was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Head of Acquisition at Morgan Stanley Capital K.K. (“MSC”), Portfolio Manager of MSREF in Japan and President/CEO of MS Real Estate Advisors K.K. (“MSREA”, which managed the Japan Core Fund platform)
